I made just ONLY base system of BBS,
and configuration files of BBS, SETTING.TXT, head.txt etc. should be installed
by BBSPINK operators, I don't want to take the responsibility for them.
You do not need to use the system, but of course, you may use it.
The decision should be done by BBSPINK administrator.
I am not concerned with it.
