在日韓国・朝鮮人は「住民税半額」…三重県の自治体

三重県の自治体で、定住している在日韓国・朝鮮人の住民税を半額程度に減免していたことが
相次いでわかり、波紋を広げている。現時点で2つの自治体が事実関係を明らかにしているが、
「調査中」としている自治体もあり、今後も減免していた例が明らかになる可能性がある。
民団や朝鮮総連との交渉で始まったとみられるが、税の公平性の観点から批判が出そうだ。

伊賀市だけではなく、三重県北部の桑名市も、1970年ごろから同様の措置を行ったことを
明らかにしている。07年度いっぱいで廃止する。
また、中日新聞は、05年に三重県四日市市編入合併された旧楠町についても、「03年ごろまで
在日韓国・朝鮮人を対象に、条例など制定しないまま半額に減免していた」と指摘した。

ESET Smart Securityを買っていたんだけど、
その記事を読んで、ソースネクストよりも性能が悪いことを知って、
不安になって無料のセキュリティソフトでパソコンを全スキャンしてみたら、
iun6002.exeという悪質プログラムに感染していたのが初めて分った（;´Д
調べてみたら、かなり有名な悪質プログラムなのに、
ESET Smart Securityではぜんぜん検出できなかった。

馬鹿アンチNOD「バカス」
読み方：vakasu or bakasu
略語であって正式な呼び方は、バスター信者（バスター厨）&カスペルスキー信者（カスペ厨）
（Virus Buster(日本国外ではPC-cillin) Believer & Kaspersky Believer）を併せての名称。
考案者は【バカス】一番いいセキュリティソフトはなんだ!!48のスレ立て者か
もしくは以前に誰かが考案したものと思われる。
これには「NOD32アンチウィルス Part54」のレス44氏が考案者という説も出ているがレス44氏は「2008/03/27(木) 00:44:26」
これに対し本スレを立てた1氏は「2008/03/26(水) 01:45:08」となっており、本スレが立った方が早い為
この説は、完全にデマである。なお「バ」か「カス」のどちらかが、「NOD32アンチウィルス Part2」の頃から
NOD叩きをしてきた基地外だと言われている。
数スレ（受賞を受けた本スレに該当）前からスレ内で暴れていた為に名誉ある命名を受けた。
この本スレ内では「バカスって、まるでスがダメみたいじゃないか変更しろ 」
この文章にある様にカスペ厨が「カス」ではなく「ス」にしたがってる模様。（推測だがカスとは略して言いたくないみたいだ）
他のスレ内で「２人あわせてバスペｗ」の発言
上にて推測していた通り、カスペ厨は「カス」の略し方に不服のようだが、広まってしまった後なので潔く諦めるべき。
本スレ内で歌も作られた。

Avast!とKISとBiｔDefenderは2000鯖でも普通に動く。
NODは動くけど2000鯖で動かす意味は殆どない。

隔離室でゴミ箱アイコンを押すと、ウィルスファイルを削除できますか？
「隔離室からファイルを削除します。」ってことは、
「隔離室からは削除するけど、元の場所に戻りますよ！」
って意味にとれなくもないので、隔離室に入れっぱなしのほうがいいのかな？

NOD2.7は低性能だし、日本語版2.7はセキュリティホールが放置されてて危険だし、

NOD今まで全く問題無いけどな
AVGより軽くてそこそこ信頼性あるし
検出率云々より実際問題余計なことしないから問題もほとんど無いんだろうな

古いノート捨てるの惜しいからAVG入れようとしたんだけど8ってmeダメなんだよね
試しにNOD32の2.7入れてみたらサクサク動いて感動した
AVG7.5入れていた時よりもかなり軽く感じたしいいよこれ

ゲームPCにNOD32を勧めてるのがいるけど、ゲーマーの間だとNOD32は評価低いよ。
オンライン前提だと、NOD32でよくあるネットワーク絡みの相性問題が出たりするし
誤検出でオンラインアップートをぶっ飛ばしてくれたりもする。
なのにNOD32のサポートは動かないし、ユーザーの少ないマイナーなアンチウイルスソフトだからか
ゲームのサポートもNOD32の機能を切るように勧めるぐらいしか対応してくれない……
ゲーマーにはオススメしかねる。

去年までNODユーザーだったけど、サポートは本当に酷いと思ったよ。
何かというと、「常駐保護の対象から外して下さい」で対応終了。
NODと相性が悪いネットワーク共有型のアプリは、
全て「常駐保護の対象から外して下さい」で対応終了だった。

此処だけ見れば独自の調査確認等全く行なわれていない
VirusTotal の資料を単に取り纏めてリストアップしているに
過ぎない機関だと分かる。それに変動も殆ど無い。毎日の
調査結果とは片腹痛し。検体を無作為に抽出している訳で
無い事はその事から見ても容易に推察出来る。参考になぞ
なろう筈も無い。以上の事からも連日このくだらない資料を
セキュ板の彼方此方に貼り付ける基地外は即刻退散すべき。
考えてみれば悪党の基地外共にベンダーが合わせてやる
必要なぞ皆無。自分から拾いにいってるとしか思われない
新種のマルウェア・バイナリ等に逸早く対応する必要なぞ
あるのだろうか‥。あくまで一般ユーザーレベルで感染の
リスクのありうるバイナリに対応してさえいればそれで十分。
上位に顔を覗かせている各ベンダーどれを利用しても大抵は
安全であろう。ウィルスに遭遇する事自体が大変に稀な事だ。
基地外の奴等に灸を据える意味でも新種への対応を敢えて
遅らせるのも、また重要な意味合いを持つのかも知れない。
