Korea to Guarantee Payment of Foreign Loans for Rollover

In a move to help banks roll over maturing foreign currency debts,
especially from foreign lenders, the Korean government Sunday
decided to provide payment guarantees on bank loans,
especially foreign currency borrowing from overseas,
when their maturities are renewed or rolled over.
