2回目の成功した方の注文について発送はいつごろになるか問い合わせたところ以下のような返事がきました。
何やら24時間以内に添付して返事しなければキャンセルになるとかどうとか書いてあるようですがクレジットカード作ったばっかりで明細のようなものは持ち合わせておりません。
キャンセルになった場合ちゃんとお金は帰ってきますかね…？

We have had a flag raised against this order by our payment processor Sagepay to advise us that the credit card details given do not match the cardholders address.
Please can you confirm the address by attaching a scanned copy of a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your delivery address (mobile phone bill will not suffice).
Please note that you must do the above in the next 24 hours otherwise your payment will be voided and your order automatically cancelled!
