すいません、以下の英文なんだけど、「commercial refund company をとおして買い物
vat 還付しないよっ」ていう理解でＯＫ？日本語対応のcommercial refund companyなんてありますか？
We are required by law to collect VAT on orders dispatched to addresses within the European Union.
Orders sent to addresses anywhere else in the world will not be subject to VAT,
this should be claimed back via a VAT refund form which has been certified by customs.
This form should be posted back to a commercial refund company to arrange payment.
The form should not be posted back to Bill Amberg.
