the patch is only for ipad and it works even if your iPad isn't jailbroken(mine is 2nd gen).
download the patch files via link. use iPhone explorer and then put the files in
(iPad's name)/Apps/jp.konami.jubeatplus/Jubeat.app. Don't forget to backup your files.
