それをポエムと思ってる時点で終わってる 
初期のJimさんの見解がこれ

つまり違法ファイルを自分でサーバーにうｐする事は非常に馬鹿で違法な事だが 
そのリンクを見つけて、スレで宣伝する行為は全く違法ではない 
 
そう前置きした上で、しかし削除を依頼した人間は悪くは無いと庇っていた
