らしき記載があり、cccc(ryの指摘の「（強制労働の）用語に含まないもののリストがある」としている。

＞ This convention defines forced labour, requires states to criminalize it and contains a list of exceptions.
＞Article 2, para. 2 provides exceptions for work that is required by:
＞ (1) compulsory military service, provided it is of a purely military character;
＞ (2) normal civic obli-gations;
＞ (3) a conviction in a court of law;
＞ (4) cases of emergency;
＞ and (5) minor communal services performed by members of a community and in the direct interest of th community.
