I regret to inform you that I can not accept the invitation to review the paper #123abc titled "xxxxxx".
I am glad that you thought that I would be qualified to serve the Journal of Anonymous Forums as a referee.
However, currently I am not actively working on the field where the manuscript seems to belong,
and am not abreast of the latest development in the field.
