Evan Ramstad is a staff reporter for The Wall Street Journal. He has been a news reporter since graduating from Trinity University,
San Antonio, Texas, in 1987. He worked previously for the Associated Press in Dallas, Washington and New York,
the St. Paul Pioneer Press in Minnesota and the Journal in Texas and Hong Kong. He moved to Seoul in August, 2006.
