To those who may concern,
I am writing to you to let you know about a breach of the Olympic Charter that happened yesterday.
After a men's football match for the bronze medal at Cardiff between Japan and South Korea, Friday 10 August 2012,
a Korean player celebrated their victory with a placard saying "Dokdo is our territory".
Dokdo, or Takeshima, is an inherent part of the territory of Japan, but is currently occupied by the Republic of Korea
and is disputed by the two countries.

The Korean player clearly tried to promote the Korean government's propaganda over Japan's territory,
and this performance is clearly and absolutely against the Olympic Charter on Advertising, Demonstrations, Propaganda, 50.3.
I would like to know what kind of steps you are going to take against this clear breach of the Olympic Charter.
I look forward to hearing from you.
