2.3.1 Sphere forming from isolated cells
Trituration and optimistic pressure produced spheres.
Whereas, cell sorter did not produced any spheres.
Trituration produced most number of spheres.
Therefore, we utilized trituration as the isolation
method of small cells.
骨髄細胞をセルソーターに通しても、細胞塊はできなかったが、
ピペットでほぐし、適当な圧力をかけると細胞塊ができた。
ピペットでほぐすのが一番、細胞塊ができるので、小細胞
(幹細胞? 、8ミクロン以下の大きさ)を精製する方法として
ピペットでほぐす方法を採用した。
