本スレから持って来た。
多くの選手が言ってるbrittleってのは、脆いとか脆弱なとか不安定なとか、まあそんな意味。
とにかくヤワい、ゆるくて滑る、足を取られる、前の人達の滑った跡がシャーベット状になっていると言っている。
その後、会場の空調を下げたり、氷を削りなおしたり、色々やってるみたいだから、
今は少しましになってるかもしれないけど、ツイッターではまだ部分的にビチャってるという現地レポもある。

I had heard the ice was very, very soft from a person there for BOI. Lots of "snow" thrown from people's skates; much more than you'd expect.
