(´･ω･`) Bill of Allowance for Children became into a law. It has started accepting Petition
for Aid from aliens scince April 1 2010. This allowance shall be granted to all
children whose parent lives in Japan. So even aliens' children live in their countries are granted
if their parent lives in Japan. That allowance payment is 26000 yen to each child monthly....
(Now it is settled as a period of only half payment. Because the budget is short.)
That allowance is paid by Japanese local goverments. They cannot examine what you say even if you
say 100 children-in-law in your country because of you have partnerships of orphanages....
We are angry at the DPJ (Minsyuto Party).
