バグでよくあるあるだと思うのですが、数日前から急にパスの補完が効かなくなりました。

mac環境でNeovimです。
checkhealthもエラーはありません。（別のPCでは同じdeinファイルで問題なく動作しています。）
この設定見直した方がよいなどアドバイスあればご教授頂けないでしょうか？
