は$((x))の「時だけ」$(($x))と等しいと読めるがな。
いずれにしても算術展開で算術計算をする際に変数を使いたいときは
$(( ($x) + 1 ))
にしてるわ。どっかで$(( x + 1 ))がエラーになるのが怖いので。
