cudaDeviceReset() が必要のはず。
Visual Studioで「CUDA X.X Runtime」のプロジェクトを作ったら、
kernel.cu の return 0; の直前のコードに、以下のように書いてある。
// cudaDeviceReset must be called before exiting in order for profiling and
// tracing tools such as Nsight and Visual Profiler to show complete traces.
cudaStatus = cudaDeviceReset();
