この会話の中で、Vadimさん(wxWidgetsのコミッタ)が無理やでとか言ってる
メニューの項目の中で右クリックするとイベントはメニューのほうに行ってしまう
から、そのイベントをつかむのは無理だと。
で、それはWindowsとGTKのネイティブ実装がそうなっているから。

This is impossible under the two main platforms: MSW and GTK. Menus grab
the mouse when popped up (down?) and so all mouse events go to them.
