将棋ソフト開発者の伊藤英紀氏が2013年に日本将棋連盟を名誉毀損で東京地方裁判所に提訴(結果は伊藤氏の完全勝利の形での和解)したときの裁判経過記録がとても興味深く勉強になった。権利侵害されてるけど提訴するのにハードルを感じる人たちの参考になればとブログで経過を詳細に公開している(裁判資料の公開もあり)。当時の連盟及び連盟顧問弁護士の対応が面白い。
