15.3 playback worsened with MS Update KB4482887

After installing Microsoft's Cumulative Update KB4482887 to my Windows 10 Pro,
1809, playback stuttered on the edit page of DR 15.3 -- framerates dropped
from 60+ to mid-to-high 30s. Microsoft is aware of framerate problems in some
games, but, obviously, it also impacting DR. Solution -- uninstall KB4482887.
Then wait for Microsoft to release an update without this effect.
