AV1 Is Finally Here, but Intellectual Property Questions Remain

・AV1ではUHD 4Kの品質(圧縮効率)がVP9/HEVCと比べて30-40%向上する。
・エンコード速度は現状ではVP9の100倍遅いが、2018年末には5倍くらいにまで下がると思われる。
・デコード速度はx86環境だとVP9の5倍遅いくらいだが、こちらも2018年末には2倍程度に下がると思われる。
