先週は今にも停戦が実現しそうな楽観論を振りまいていたトルコも
ブチャが明らかになった今や、停戦交渉は当面困難だと認めたらしい。一方で
制裁がいよいよ効き始めているので、制裁緩和こそがロシアの妥協を誘うとも言ってるのだが、
これももうそういう空気ではないだろう…
