レスさんきゅう。 対象オブジェクト.content as MovieClip; はやっぱりnullです。
しかし更に検証する、となんと実はForcibleLoaderは適用されていなくて（！）、 実際に使うと
SecurityError: Error #3015 が発生し、
Loader.loadBytes() is not permitted to load content with executable code.
at flash.display::Loader/_loadBytes()
が出ます。
う～ん分からん。
