in case of quotation or reprinting of News Corp for News+ thread 1,
It would be struggle issue only when the copyright holder complain.
Now the copyright holder and writer of 2ch complain to the Aficus
site for their reprinting without permission about whole thread.
You have enough time to understand the difference in above two case.

記事の引用は、あくまで改変なしで出典明記したうえでの引用だしな
スレの流れを恣意的に改ざんするような編集を加えるまとめと、2chでの記事の引用を同一視するのはフェアじゃないだろうな
記事の引用がダメだって言うなら
ニュース系のスレのまとめをやってるまとめブログになると二重に問題起こしてることになるんだが

I don't think many folks here in 2ch move to fake2ch site
immediately unless any fatal accident is held on 2ch server .
cause many people hate the way Aficus is doing like reprinting
