ウェブパネルのBilling→Manage AccountのHosting Plans部分
Billingにある支払方法とStarted・Endsで期間確認すればいい
EndsにAuto-Renewsがついてれば自動請求
どんな契約内容で使ってるのか知らないけどオプションとか使ってないなら
毎月何10ドルかだと毎月払いの$10.95になってるんじゃね
1年分一括払いだと$119.40になる
想像だけど以下の感じになってると予想
Billingが「$119.40 yearly ($9.95 per month)」
Startedが2012-03-14 EndsがCharged Thru 2013-03-13
以前まで毎月払いで使ってて2012-03-14以降の請求処理時に
支払い方法が何らかの理由で1年分一括払いになってたから
2012-03-14～2013-03-13（$119.40）の請求がきたって感じ
2013-03-13まで請求ないと思うけど
Billingのeditで$10.95 monthlyにしとけば
来年の2013-03-14からまた毎月払いに戻せると思う

The data partition went read-only, and our admin team is currently doing a file system check to repair it.
It appears the file system check is going to take a while to complete so we have decided to move the machine to new hardware and begin restoring file from the backup machine.
Our Admin team are currently building the NFS mount to the backup machine. This will allow your sites to load as the restore is being performed.
Our apologies, but it actually appears that a bit more than half of the VPS guests are back online at this time, but the restore is going smoothly (albeit a bit slowly).
We will continue to provide you with updates as we get them.

We're writing to update you on the status of the host machine for your webserver VPS, named "homie-vserver164". Due to RAID issues, we are moving this host machine to new hardware. The server is mounting backups, to run from as well as restore from.
All VPS guests should be running now, although there may be slower than usual speeds until the restore gets further along.
1年半使っててたまには繋がらなくても我慢してたけど
今回はひどすぎ。

ハードウェア障害は仕方ないでしょう。
フルに冗長化してるようなスペックじゃないのは分かってることだし。
その報告通りの対処をしてるなら、ずいぶん頑張ってると思う。

アカウントをクローズして約一週間でリファンドがクレジットカードに届いていた。
自分の中で評価がうなぎ上り。こんなに対応速い会社見たこと無いわ。それに比べて
日本のレンタルサーバー屋のサポートは。。。

ここはトラブルさえなけりゃ快適。
1回だけあったかな。丸一日管理画面に入れなかった。
でも1年完全無料で容量も無料で自動追加してもらったし
MYSQLさえ使わなけりゃ速度も十分。結構使えたわ。
次の受け入れ先は当面はGoogle AppsでサイトはBlogerに間借り。
旧サイトの過去ログデータは、自宅NASの簡易WEBサーバー
で閲覧してもらう事に。
しかしBloger重いな・・。
