基本的人権は我々が作ったものですから、その本質だけを簡単に述べておきますと、
生命には個の永遠の目的と人類全体が永遠に向かう目的が宿されている。
個の中には個の目的と人類全体の目的が共に宿されております。
個が向かう方向性と人類全体が歴史で向かう方向性は神において完全に一致しております。

個人も人類も神において目的は一致しております。
個も神に向かっているが、全体も神に向かっている。
そしてこの目的である神は宇宙が生まれる前より在るがゆえに、これを宿している神の子を国家や法律、
権力や富といったもので毀損してはならない。
ここに神への信仰を前提とした人格の尊重があらわれているわけです。
基本的人権が国家に先立ち、法律に先立ち、憲法に先立って子々孫々にまで恒久的に認められなければならない
理由は、この個の生命の中に個の永遠の目的と人類全体が向かう永遠の目的が宿されているからです。
これは生命に永遠の目的としての神、宇宙に先立って在る神が宿されているがゆえに、国家に先立ち、憲法に先立ち、
法律に先立って、子々孫々にまで保証されなければならない既得の権利となっているのです。
