As Koreans must have been well familiarized with Chinese culture and its history during their long history of international intercourse with China,
I do not understand why they they decided upon using the name "East Sea" for "Sea of Japan".
To my eyes, they are only boycotting the name "Sea of Japan" to confuse people internationally.
