Lately more and more users have problems connecting to the tracker, either after a change
of ISP's or if they got a new IP assigned.
We know about these problems and that they are server related - it is in most cases not
your ISP trying to block you from using the tracker, so fear not.
But since we currently can not fix these problems, I wrote up a tutorial on how to use a proxy
in both your browser and BT client and thus access the tracker without any problems again.

And thanks for your patience regarding this issue but well, we can't help it... at least we hope
that this tutorial will give more people access to the tracker again that were left out.
