South Korea Undecided on Japan, China Summit, Official Says

Japan triggered protests in South Korea by issuing school guidelines on July 14
that described islands disputed by both countries as Japanese territory.
The rocky islets, under South Korean control for more than 50 years and
located in the Sea of Japan, are known as Dokdo in Korean and Takeshima in Japanese.
