BANGALORE (Thomson Financial) - Moody's Investors Service cut the outlook on Korea
Development Bank's (KDB) 'Aa3' long-term foreign currency debt rating, 'Aa1' long-term
local currency deposit rating and 'A2' long-term foreign currency deposit rating to negative
from stable citing concerns that KDB's proposed privatisation could reduce key support
factors like the probability of government support.
