Ansar al-Sunnah in Iraq has announced the beginning of a support campaign
for the professors and students in the universities and institutes, claiming
that such is a response to the pleas of these groups for protection from
Shi’ite death squad militias.
Both a statement and a 16:41 minute video were issued today, Monday,
December 4, 2006, explaining the reasons and mission of this campaign.
