SEOUL, Oct 20 (Reuters) - South Korean Finance Ministry said
on Monday that it will buy back 0.9 trillion won ($687.6 million) worth
of treasury bonds on October 24 in a bid to inject more cash into the financial system.

The ministry also said that it cancelled a plan to issue 150 billion won
worth of 10-year inflation-linked government bonds slated for Wednesday,
while cutting next Monday's issuance of 20-year bonds to 204 billion
won from initially planned 354 billion won.
長官はまた、水曜日に予定されていた１０年物インフレ連動国債１５００
億ウォンの発行を中止したと述べた。さらに来週、月曜日に予定されていた
２０年物国債３５４０億ウォンの発行を当初、予定から変更して２０４０億ウォン
に減額すると述べた。
