Executive Order: Continuing Certain Restrictions with Respect to North Korea and North Korean Nationals
北朝鮮および北朝鮮の国民に関する確定的な(移動)制限を継続することについての大統領令
I, GEORGE W. BUSH, President of the United States of America, find that the current existence and
risk of the proliferation of weapons-usable fissile material on the Korean Peninsula constitute
an unusual and extraordinary threat to the national security and foreign policy of the United States,
and I hereby declare a national emergency to deal with that threat.
わたくし、米国大統領たるジョージ・W・ブッシュは、朝鮮半島に存在する武器使用可能な核分裂物質が拡散する
危険が、我が国の国家安全保障および外交政策に対する緊急かつ大きな脅威を構成すること見いだしたため
その脅威に対処するために国家非常事態を宣言します。
