SUNSTARによるとHIV陽性の外人男性が性行動をフィリピン各地で活発に行っているという。
また、その男がアンヘレスで何度か確認されてるという。

with short hair, and clean shaven. He has lots of tattoos and drives a motorcycle with a Philippine license.
The man is also said to be intelligent and manipulative with a history of pay-offs to the police and other Philippine authorities. Also, that he has a criminal record in his country.
Sightings of the said foreigner should be reported to the police and other local authorities.
I am sure if the guy is in the Philippines he was in or will be in Angeles City at some time.
You also may want to watch out for bar girls from Davao. They could be infected and dormant. When the girls go to the clinic for their health check.
They don't check for HIV. It is pretty much a simple pap smear. A lot of other STD will not show up either than can be transmitted.
Be careful and always use a condom if you don't want the headaches.
