In order of you to find the defendant guilty of this crime, the State is required to prove,
from all of the evidence in this case, beyond a reasonable doubt, each of the following
elements:
1. That on or about ____________________, in the county of ____________________, the defendant
engaged in sexual penetration with (name of victim).
According to the law, "sexual penetration" means vaginal intercourse (cunnilingus,
fellatio or anal intercourse between persons or insertion of the hand, finger or object
into the anus or vagina). (Interpolate wording of statute as required by facts of case)
either by the defendant (or upon the defendant's instruction).
The slightest penetration is sufficient.
