知＝しり-り I can't make the kanji alone, I have to type しり then erase り。
既知 Is this pronounced きしり？
事象 ＝ Event
事 ＝ こと = Koto ＝ Thing
象 ＝ ぞう ＝ Zou ＝ Elephant
既知の事象 = Shiri the well known elephant.
My dictionary has the kanji you are showing me, but my input editor can't
make them the same native way you make them.
