1.Nanashi reported the thread having an issue with arashi

2. Ms. Sakumajyo reports to Jim-san
3. Jim-san feels that the arashi is too much and suggest reporting to an ISP (to EROy)
4. EROy-san suggest doing this publically on official route (2ch.net regulations)
The discussion got heated between people who wanted to just report above issue as regular
arashi, or people who wanted to go to ISP.
The last line on >>578, being ignorant. Some wanted to bypass admin's authorization,
and some thinks since there are no "deletion leader", every report to 2ch.net must be authorized
by the admin.
