If we have a ISP reporting similar to 2ch, would

My initial reaction was turn him over to the ISP.
But after cooling down, I thought it sounded very severe.
Have you guys thought how embarrassing it might be to an individual
to be reported to their ISP from PINKちゃんねる?
I think we really need to think clearly on this. Everyday we get more
and more autonomy. I do not want to make angry the 2ch people.
They are our friends, and also I suspect some of our users as well.
As we get that autonomy, what will we do with it? Unlike 2ch, we are
all adults here. Will we make it not fun anymore?
I want to avoid doing that.
