Actually a child would not be born this way. The only way I can see to get a viable result
is by gene splicing.
A cat has 38 chromosomes and a dog 78. If they could breed, who knows maybe this
would produce a Woolly Mammoth. They had 58 chromosomes.
Humans have 46 chromosomes and dogs 78. If they could produce offspring
they might be able to interbreed with donkeys who also have 62 chromosomes.
Even if the chromosome count matches. It does not mean that there could be viable
offspring. Can you vision a human rabbit? Both hares and humans have the same
number of chromosomes. Is it possible to produce a hareman?
Gene splicing is a much better alternative.
Providing you can get the cells to fuse, the exotic results are fantastic to imagine.
