Writing bad reviews such as "brackish " or "rotten " should not be prohibited.
It's right to freedom of expression.
But how about making an accusation of wrongdoing without substantial reasons?
If you were the owner of that restaurant,
and a magazine circulated a false rumor which says "Jim's restaurant were using mislabeled beef" ,
would you keep your peace?
