also here's another issue.
unmodified pictures are illegal in japan.
we have already decided to delete unmodified pixs on megami board.
but there are several of more threads which ppl are uploading some pictures on different boards.
there are very many unmodified pixs on those threads.
I'd like to change the deletion guide-line to make it ok to delete those pixs-links on defferent boards.
how do you think?
