ほぼ>81と同じだけど、be responsble to は、「～の（結果）責任を負う」じゃなく「～する責任がある」じゃね？

If someone feels that their deletion request has not been dealt with fairly by an anonymous volunteer,

もしも、自分の削除依頼が匿名のボランティアによって適切に対処されなかったと感じた場合には、
