Does this phone sell in Japan?

I bought one, it is supposed to work in Japan.
Of course, I have bought five different phones
that were supposed to work in Japan and never did.
This one I think really will.
The Verzio Duplii. It is a ugly phone with two SIM card
slots, one for Japanese and one for the rest of the world.
It also completely supports Java Mobile.
