Don't know what Jim-san is saying about p2 but
I think p2 account IDs, just like cell phones, can be identified by USER_AGENT
Reason I think that way is when you release a log, there's p2ID on where USER_AGENT is.
For example...
ｽﾚﾘﾝｸ(sec2chd板:30番)
Monazilla/1.00 (P2/p2.2ch.net; p2-client-ip: ***.*.***.***; p2-user: ******)
Like when domain is from p2 (razil.jp) handle it specially
Depending on Pasegueno system, you can identify each users with p2 client IP instead of p2ID.
If you ask, 2channel people will most likely teach you on how.
