Japanese government service(police, revenue office, etc.) official cannot
distinguish between 2ch and BBSPINK. That is the reason why they do
unreasonable claim to your easily identifiable friend who help server mainenance.
It is a must to clearly state that Jim-san is the responsible person for
BBSPINK. It makes Japanese official not to do unreasonable treatment to your
friend. Clearly put up the policy satement at the top page, making a contract,
or something else, I do not know the best way to convince them that Jim-san is the
responsible for BBSPINK. I think finding the best way is not the publicly
discussed matter, because it may be used as an evidenｃe against your
freiend. I am suggesting again that you should contact with your freind.
They are the ones who confronted to the official and may exactly know
what is the best way. We are always hoping that you and your friend
runs BBSPINK smoothly without worry.
