解読方法のまとめ。
・13×19マスの色を左上から横書きに「赤、黄、緑」に書き換える。
青や黒など関係ない色は読み飛ばす。
・先頭から3つずつ1組にして、最大3^3=27通りの文字に置き換える。
・最下段（19段目）はすべて空白であることを利用して、1～18段目から
5個の空白を見つけ、全体を6つの英単語に分ける。
・文字列は最大14種類のアルファベットからなるので、総当り検索して
答えとなる英文を見つける。

答えは2月くらいに発表ってなってたような気がします。
あのヒントだけで解けるとはすごいです。
自分はアルファベットを当てはめていくのに投げ出してしまいました。
