In ★Long Beach a water pipe burst. I live in Long Beach and I know the earth has been shifting for a while. The ★walkways 
 and streets are cracking and my old apartment is getting ★wider cracks in the walls. 
 Since cities don't always keep up with the maintenance I can understand old pipes, but the cracks in the walkways, streets  
and my apartment walls tell me ★there is something shifting underneath.

A section of ★Delta Avenue near Willow Street was closed on Wednesday due to an ★8-inch rupture in a water main.  
Water began flooding the area of West Willow Street and Delta Avenue, which is both residential and commercial,  
shortly after midnight. The break caused water to flood the streets up to the curb line.
