olimexのFAQで、
Q: I want to re-order PCBs you made for me earlier, should I send you all files again?
A: No need to send any files. When you re-order you have to send only readme.txt file
with your order request and to quote your previous PO number. You get 20% discount from
the panel price as the phototools are already made and we don't plot them again.
Note that we handle hundreds of boards each day and we can't keep the phototools archive
for more than one year back, so if your PCB is made more than 1 year ago we should plot phototools again.

初めて作ってから一年っていうカウントなのかよくわからないんですが
