In the above thread, some say that they cannot access to 2ch
for about one month from CC9 ISP. (maybe URLﾘﾝｸ(www.cc9.jp) )
They can neither write to nor read any threads.
They also can not read nogood.html.
Is CC9 banned by 2ch?
