Hm, there are many complaints that some reporters use their CAP to write radical replies
provoking habitants with their offensive words (namely, 「ネトウヨを煽る」) in some threads.
To make them anger more, some reporeters seldom post threads and use their CAP just for such chatting.
They claim that is abuse of CAP.
I suppose Jim-san won't see that as a problem,
but maybe people want to hear Jim-san's own account.
